Paul Stainer is responsible for scaling our operations, technology, and governance capabilities to support the company's clinical and commercial ambitions. A seasoned life sciences executive, Paul brings over 35 years of experience across finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial strategy within global pharmaceutical and biotech organizations. Paul is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant and has held senior leadership roles at Pfizer, Wyeth, and Otsuka, including CFO and commercial leadership positions. More recently, Paul has built a portfolio of advisory and executive roles, working with clinical stage biotechs and commercial start-ups.
